Local Preparedness ClassesEver wonder what you would do in a disaster situation if it hit close to home? Think you would be a good candidate to help others if they were in a disaster situation? The good people at CERT have the answers! CERT was born out of necessity in California, where expansive land, large populations, and frequent naturally occuring disasterd happen. CERT stands for Community Emergency Response Teams. There are some really wonderful and caring people sharing important knowledge on what to do if you were faced with a crisis. It's NYC Marathon time!!
My good friend and fellow massage therapist Matt Wolanski is running in the marathon again and would be grateful for your support. Matt has committed to donating all proceeds from his marathon run to Sustain Inspire Survive, a charity that helps those with breast cancer.

Madison is a sweet little girl who has Krabbe Disease, which is a progressive degenerative nervous system disorder. She currently receives Cranial Sacral therapy from my dear gifted friend and colleague, Kimberly Corpus. Usually Krabbe patients do not live past 13 months old, but Madison has beat the odds and is now over 3 yeras old! Monies donated will go towards Madison's quality of life, transportation for the many medical appointments she receives, and 10% will go towards Hunter's Hope, a Jim and Jill Kelly Foundation.
Please help Madison and give what you can.
